Born From a Love of Film
CineLensStudios was founded in 2025 by Pratham Khamkar, a self-taught photographer who fell in love with the language of cinema long before he ever picked up a camera.
Growing up watching the way a single frame in a film could hold an entire lifetime of emotion, Pratham became obsessed with bringing that same deliberateness to still photography. Every composition, every light decision, every moment of stillness — intentional.
What started as a one-person passion project in a Mumbai apartment has grown into a team of six storytellers, covering everything from grand destination weddings to quiet executive portraits.

Every shoot is a study in available light. We chase golden hours, lean into shadows, and treat the sun as a collaborator. Artificial lighting is a last resort, never a default.
